Matahari departmental stores have a loyalty club which uses a card based system right now. The challenge was a loyalty application that allows the user to use the app as a card in a process that includes bar code scanning & connecting between various stakeholder machines which are not online with each other. The app should function as a promo broadcaster, loyalty card, and a platform on which all the various marketing teams can come together in a single process.
Responsibilities: As the solution architect for the application I ideated and created the mobile application with wireframes. This was supported by a contextual study done both at the beginning of the project and once protoype was ready, testing the app throughout the process.
