My Health Platform – Patient’s App

Tacker Tray for medicine
Tacker Tray for sugar tracking

The My Health patient app is the B2C face of a B2B white-labelled product. It was the first application made for the My Health platform. It collates all OPD needs of a patient from receiving prescriptions, to booking tests, follow ups and tracking health parameters as directed by the doctor. The app is especially designed for geriatric patients with accessibility parameters built in. Each patient has a guardian who is included in the escalation matrix in red alert or emergency situations.

Role: As the supervisory UX consultant for the application I created low fidelity wireframes depicting the IA for the UI designers to collate into a high fidelity wireframe and mock-up. From keeping an eye on the product roadmap to implementing tricky tracking frameworks like pregnancy etc, this role included everything in between like usability analysis and study also.
